About Joy.
Joy Dushey is a Transformative Embodiment Coach and the founder of The Joyful Approach. She works with companies, leaders, and women seeking greater clarity, resilience, and embodied transformation.
Drawing from 23+ years of training in breathwork, nervous-system regulation, embodiment, sound, and integrative life practices, Joy guides clients through grounded experiences that support lasting change in how they live, lead, and relate.
The Joyful Approach was born from her own journey of rebuilding, after a stroke at 29 and profound personal loss called her into a new relationship with her body, her purpose, and the way she moves through life.

Begin where you are.
The Embodiment Path is open to new members. Daily practice. A steady circle of people doing the same work.
